The interdisciplinary Center for Agricultural Profitability is based in the Department of Agricultural Economics. It facilitates faculty research, conducts extension outreach related to agricultural profitability and farm and ranch management and trains undergraduate and graduate students — all to support informed decision-making in agriculture.

Flex Leases and Crop Shares for Farm and Ranch Profitability

The workshop will cover current Nebraska cash rental rates and land values, best practices for agricultural leases, and other contract considerations. The meeting will also include discussions on flex leases and crop shares, providing attendees with an opportunity to have their leasing questions answered.
